This Privacy Policy explains how Vanguard Physicians Concierge PLLC (“Vanguard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information gathered through our website, contact forms, scheduling tools, and general business communications. This Privacy Policy is separate from, and supplements, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we handle your protected health information (“PHI”) as your health care provider. Where a conflict exists between this Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices regarding PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

Texas and Other State Privacy Rights

Depending on the nature and volume of data we process, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and similar state privacy laws may give Texas residents certain rights regarding personal data collected through our website, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data, and the right to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising or the sale of personal data (which we do not engage in). Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We retain contact and website information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and retain medical records in accordance with Texas Medical Board recordkeeping requirements and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to members by email or posted on our website.
